OPTICAL BRIGHTENER MASTERBATCH

THE SOLUTION TO INCREASE THE AESTHETICS OF PLASTIC

Product Description

These Masterbatches are added in polymers to reduce yellowing, improved whiteness, and to enhance the brightness of a product. These Masterbatches work via a fluorescent mechanism which absorbs light in the UV spectrum and emits light in the blue region of visible spectrum to yield a brighter and fresher appearance.
Optical Brightener Masterbatch is specifically used for imparting whiteness and brightness to the plastic products without any bluer tone. this type of masterbatch is also re- sponsible for minimizing the yellowing of end product. This masterbatch has the capability of re-emitting blue light with absorption of ultraviolet radiation.

Optical brighteners have a unique characteristic of being clear under normal conditions and visible when excited in the UV range. Optical Brightener Masterbatch are often used to enhance the whiteness of plastics.
We have developed our Optical Brighteners Masterbatch specifically for a multitude of polymer and resin systems to ensure you of the best possible performance. we are also Manufacturer of Optical Brighteners including Invisible Fluorescents for use in security and special effects.

Fragrance Masterbatch

Product Description

In the plastic product processing, add the perfume masterbatches, then the finished product will contain perfume flavor. In order to increase the finished product compatibility with plastic material, we should mix perfume Master- batches with plastic material in advance, and then process by general method.
Our product To improve finished products market competitiveness, perfume Masterbatches is extensively used in toys(Plastic toys, pet toys, long fur toys) craftwork, fragrance theca, daily products, stationery, inner decoration for Automobile, cosmetic product, health care product, etc.

Flavors :

Flower flavors :BYL, Jasmine, Rose, Sweet Osmanthus, Vanilla. Lavender. Fruit flavors: Strawberry, Apple, Orange, Lemon, Peach. Other flavors: Chocolate, Roast Beef, Peppermint etc.

Dosage :

Recommended dosage 1% or less only for cover the bad plastic smell. Normally adding 2-5% for special perfume smell. Adding 50% or more to get the expected effect like solid air fresher.

Filler Masterbatch

Product Description

Filler Masterbatch is a type of additive used in the plastics industry to modify and enhance the properties of plastic materials. It consists of a carrier resin (usually the same resin as the base polymer) and a high concentration of additives or fillers dispersed throughout it. These additives can include various types of fillers such as calcium carbonate, talc, clay, silica, or other mineral-based materials.

The purpose of filler masterbatch is to improve specific characteristics of the plastic, such as mechanical properties, thermal stability, electrical conductivity, UV resistance, or cost-effectiveness. By incorporating fillers into the polymer matrix, manufacturers can tailor the performance of the plastic to meet the requirements of specific applications.

Filler masterbatch is typically added to the base polymer during the manufacturing process using compounding equipment such as twin-screw extruders. The masterbatch is then thoroughly mixed with the polymer resin to ensure uniform dispersion of the fillers throughout the final plastic product.

Some common applications of filler masterbatch include:
Reinforcement

Fillers such as glass fibers or carbon black can improve the strength, stiffness, and impact resistance of plastics, making them suitable for structural applications.

Cost Reduction

By incorporating inexpensive fillers like calcium carbonate or talc, manufacturers can reduce the overall material cost without compromising performance.

Color Modification

Fillers can be used to achieve specific colors or opacity levels in plastics, eliminating the need for additional pigments or dyes.

Improved Processability

Certain fillers can enhance the processability of plastics by reducing melt viscosity, improving flow properties, or preventing shrinkage during molding or extrusion.
